Tour of the new Jackson County Library (photo gallery)

Media had the opportunity to tour the new Jackson County Public Library which is due to be completed in late 2010 / early 2011.

The 24,000 square foot addition will be connected to the 6,000 square foot courthouse which is currently undergoing renovations.

Interior designer Lynne Wilson and Project Manager David Cates of Brantley Construction were on hand to lead the tour along with Friends of the Library representatives Betty Screven and Mary Selzer, along with Librarian Dottie Brunette.
