Snow causes traffic problems

Snow which began falling in Sylva around 3 p.m. is now causing traffic problems throughout Jackson County. U.S. 23/74 east of Sylva has been shut down. Also hard hit is U.S. 23/441 from Dillsboro south to Cowee Mountain.
