Jackson County Emergency Operations Center & Shelter open

According to Jackson County Emergency Manager Todd Dillard the Emergency Operations Center is now open. If you need help and it is not emergency call 828-586-7500. There is a shelter setup at the new Jackson County Senior Center in Webster.
